Canning Chocolate!

Yesterday I put up pints of Chocolate chips for storage. One 12 oz. package fills a pint jar.
I bought the Ziploc ($3) sealer. It worked great. I used duct tape and poked a hole through. Once I was done sucking the air out I followed up with another tape on top for added security.

    Hmmm, how much chocolate would I need to store for a years supply? 2 tons? :)

    Newsflash. My seals didn't hold. Must re-try with something other than duct tape!
