Canning Chocolate!

Yesterday I put up pints of Chocolate chips for storage. One 12 oz. package fills a pint jar.
I bought the Ziploc ($3) sealer. It worked great. I used duct tape and poked a hole through. Once I was done sucking the air out I followed up with another tape on top for added security.
